Sales Department

  1. Sales Executive (may be assigned outside of Metro Manila)

    1. Responsibilities

      1. Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

      2. Promote and sell company’s products through daily hospital coverage.

      3. Arrange appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations.

      4. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.

      5. Monitor competitor activity and products.

    2. Requirements

      1. Graduate of any medical allied course or business administration, preferably with at least 2 years sales experience.

      2. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

      3. Confident, motivated and passionate.


  1. HR Associate

    1. Responsibilities

      1. Handle all facets of HR from recruitment and selection, training and development, benefits and compensation, and employee relations and engagement.

      2. Attract, orient and retain highly qualified applicants and workers.

      3. Ensure compliance with labor requirements.

      4. Articulate and implement company handbook and policies.

      5. Motivate employees and coordinate with different department heads.

    2. Requirements

      1. Graduate of HR, psychology, business administration, or any equivalent business course.

      2. Generalist role with at least 3 years HR experience, with good knowledge of Philippine labor code.

      3. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

      4. Detail-oriented and a good role model.


  1. Product Specialist

    1. Responsibilities

      1. Master product portfolio, especially specifications and operation, present to clients and other stakeholders.

      2. Develop promotional materials and define necessary promotional activities for core/ exclusive products.

      3. Train and provide support to sales executives.

      4. Determine customer’s needs and conduct competitor analysis.

      5. Research and be updated of the latest trends in medical technology.

    2. Requirements

      1. Graduate of nursing, radiologic technology, biology, or any allied medical course from a reputable college/ university, preferably with at least 1 year work experience (fresh graduates WITH HONORS are welcome to apply).

      2. Strong presentation and technical skills.

      3. Fast-learner, competitive and strategic.

      4. Determine customer’s needs and conduct competitor analysis.

      5. Research and be updated of the latest trends in medical technology.

  2. Product Manager

    1. Responsibilities

      1. Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations.

      2. Create new product market opportunities.

      3. Conducting market research, supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

      4. Analyze potential partner relationships for the products.

    2. Requirements

      1. A doctor of medicine, or graduate of biology, nursing, medical technology or other allied medical course from a reputable college/ university, preferably with at least 5 years work experience (managerial experience is not necessary, but a bonus).

      2. Excellent communication skills, especially in written and spoken English.

      3. Possess an insatiable desire to learn and an in-depth understanding of the human anatomy and physiology.


  1. Biomedical Engineer

    1. Responsibilities

      1. Specialize in the design and installation of new medical gas piping systems, ensuring safety and compatibility with products.

      2. Conduct preventive maintenance for but not limited to, hospitals where company’s mounted projects on medical gas systems are present.

      3. Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.

      4. Install, adjust, maintain, repair, and provide technical support for biomedical team.

      5. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of equipment.

    2. Requirements

      1. Graduate of mechanical engineering, preferably (but not required) with experience in installation of medical gas piping.

      2. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

      3. Capacity to combine a high degree of technical knowledge with creativity.
